Your first cleaning is priced individually based on each bin's condition. After that, your selected maintenance rate applies to future visits.
One-time and initial cleans can be paid in full or 50% upfront with the remaining balance charged to your card after the job is done — your choice at checkout. Add a recurring upkeep plan and your ongoing maintenance rate applies to every future visit.

Why does my first cleaning cost more?
Not every trash bin needs the same amount of work. Your first cleaning is priced according to the current condition of each bin. Once we've done the dirty work, maintenance helps prevent buildup from coming back — so future cleanings cost less.
A rinse isn't a rehab.
A garden hose can rinse away loose debris. Bin Rehab uses high-pressure water and cleaning treatments to tackle grime, residue, and odors that a quick rinse leaves behind.

Bin not completely empty? No problem.
You don't need to wait until your trash bin is completely empty to schedule a cleaning. If your bin contains 1–2 securely tied trash bags, we'll temporarily remove the bags, rebag them if needed, complete the clean, and place them back into your freshly cleaned bin afterward.
We simply ask that bins aren't completely full or overloaded at the time of service.
